A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

Different surfaces hold water differently — concrete, hardwood, and carpet pad each need their own extraction technique and dwell time, not a single generic approach applied to all three.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Local staging near Congers cuts the wait between your call and equipment arriving.
The quote reflects the actual square footage and severity, not a per-gallon meter running up.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
We clear the obvious water fast, then go after what's still trapped in materials.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
We weigh larger sections before and after extraction to confirm actual moisture removal.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
We don't sign off on extraction without a documented reading behind it.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
These reviews come from real water extraction calls, not a curated highlight reel.
"Moisture readings after the fact gave me real confidence, not just a verbal assurance."
Jasper L., Congers"Our office flooded overnight and extraction was finished before staff walked in for the morning shift."
Rosalind P., Congers"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., Congers"They extracted from behind built-in cabinetry without damaging the cabinets themselves, which I honestly hadn't expected them to manage."
Fernanda Q., Congers"Extraction under a built-in bookshelf unit was handled without us having to empty and move it ourselves first."
Zora P., CongersThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 10989 10920, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Congers address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
Service boundaries are based on realistic response time, not an arbitrary line on a map.
